Meet the Team

Shelby joined LawPlus in March 2021. She works as PA to the Directors as well as taking responsibility for organising internal staff events.

Outside of LawPlus, Shelby enjoys gardening, walking, gaming and cooking.

Justin is the Head of Marketing of LawPlus and is responsible for developing lead and customer acquisition strategies for the business. He has decades of experience across the financial and legal sectors, having worked with various businesses on a range of projects. Away from LawPlus, Justin enjoys football, running, reading and painting.

Niamh is our Systems Developer and has over 14 years’ experience in this field. Since joining the business in March 2020, Niamh has made significant improvements to the efficiency and processes of our IT systems and how we work.

Outside of LawPlus, Niamh is a loving mother of two young children and enjoys hiking.

Simon joined LawPlus in August 2021 as our Lead Web Developer. He is responsible for making sure our website works on all platforms, looks incredible at all times and integrates with our internal systems.

Outside of LawPlus, Simon enjoys bouldering and is a motorsport track & flag marshal working at a variety of meetings from club racing to BTCC, British GT and Formula 1.

Dan is our Financial Claims Manager, joining us in March 2020. Dan has over eight years’ of claims management experience and ensures all our clients have a hassle-free experience while we work to get them the compensation they deserve.

Outside of LawPlus, Dan enjoys walking his dogs and playing badminton and table tennis.

Hayley joined the business in March 2020 and brings over 30 years of experience in legal accounts management to the team. Away from LawPlus, Hayley is a proud dog owner and keen swimmer – when not walking the dog!

Kris joined the business in March 2020 and has over 11 years’ experience within claims management. Kris deals with client enquiries about mis-sold pensions, helping clients from start to finish where we believe compensation is due.

Outside of LawPlus, Kris enjoys following Manchester City and music.

Abigail joined LawPlus in March 2020. She has 19 years experience as a Legal Secretary. Outside of LawPlus, she is a big family girl with two beautiful, teenage children.

Ben joined the business in February 2021 as one of our Financial Claims Handlers, bringing four years’ legal experience including subsidence claims. Ben deals with client enquiries about mis-sold pensions, helping clients from start to finish where we believe compensation is due.

Away from LawPlus, Ben enjoys football, ice hockey and music.

Danielle joined LawPlus in January 2022, bringing over 10 years of experience in her field to the team. Away from work, Danielle’s a busy taxi driver for her two children, taking them to football, cricket, gymnastics, and various other hobbies and events.
