For Estate Planning, we are able to work with clients who reside in England and Wales.

For Mis-Sold Pensions, we are able to work with clients who reside in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Ireland.

For Road Traffic Accident Personal Injury claims, we are able to work with clients who were involved in accidents in England and Wales.

LawPlus Solicitors is obliged by law to undertake detailed client due diligence and ongoing monitoring for both new and existing clients. Before accepting instructions we are required to carry out due diligence to verify the identify of all prospective clients and all connected parties. We are also obliged to re-verify all checks periodically thereafter.  We may terminate the provision of any of our services to a client, or be instructed to do so by the relevant authorities, if such client fails to provide the required evidence of identify or if we suspect that a client or any connected party is involved in any illegal activities.
